C2 Technologies, Inc.
Job Title: Instructional Systems Designer II
February 2019 — February 2022
At C2 Technologies, I mainly designed web-based trainings (WBTs), virtual instructor-led trainings (VILTs), instructor-led trainings (ILTs), and hybrid trainings. I put my whole self into every course I design, making it as impactful as possible for the learner by incorporating gamification, UX design, personalization, scenarios, reflection, and empathy. Because of my other skill-sets, I’m frequently utilized as a graphic designer, course developer, audio recording artist, QA specialist, and script writer.
While in my role, I co-created and currently co-facilitate the Demo of the Month and the Design Rallies for other internal workers at C2 Technologies, hosting both each month. I am frequently used as one of the go-to individuals at C2 for gamification and game-based learning.
The clients I’ve supported include: Boeing, AARP, AvidXChange, PG&E, USDA Forest Service, FDA, Air University eSchool, FDIC Corporate University, CDSE, Navy, and OSHA.

Penn State Health Hershey: iLookOut
Role: Multimedia Developer & Gamification Consultant
May 2017 - January 2018
iLookOut for Child Abuse is an interactive, online mandated reporter training designed for people who work or volunteer at a child care program. Every week, participants receive a "ping" that includes microlearning games and content to increase their knowledge of child abuse. I came on as a gamification consultant as Penn State was working with mLevel. I then developed all of iLookOut's digital badges, certificates, and avatars and created their website. I also made many videos using Go Animate for the pinging content and created some mini-games through mLevel.

Job Title: Graduate Assistant
January 2017 - August 2017
As a Graduate Assistant, I was given the opportunity to have Johnson & Johnson as a client. I was the project lead for designing and developing five microlearning modules teaching microlearning to Johnson & Johnson's employees using Articulate Storyline. Yes, it is incredibly meta.
At Bloomsburg, I also had the opportunity of working with Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health with a team. We designed and developed an eLearning module on LGBTQ awareness using Adobe Captivate.
